"Content" includes all video lessons, course materials, templates, downloads, blog posts, and documentation provided through the Site or during Services.
"Course" or "Online Course" refers to any training program offered by us, whether live, pre-recorded, or blended.
"Consulting Services" includes all IT, data analytics, Excel, and business-related advisory or support services offered directly to businesses or individuals.
These Terms apply to all users — local and international — who access:
Our online Excel and data analytics courses
Consulting services (including IT, Excel, Power BI, or related analytics work)
Digital resources, downloads, and live training sessions
You must be at least 18 years old to register, enroll, or engage our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Payments must be made in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) or USD depending on your location.
Our online payment platform(s) will process currency conversion when applicable.
Full access to any course or service is granted only after successful payment.
Digital Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. After that, no refunds will be issued.
Consulting Services: Refunds for consulting are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of project delivery.

When you purchase a course, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access the content for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, reproduce, or share content without written permission.
All course materials, videos, templates, reports, and website content are the intellectual property of Verken IT & Analytics. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
While our services originate from Ghana, we welcome international clients. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing our site or services is legal and appropriate in your country.
We comply with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, but also take steps to protect user data internationally in line with GDPR principles where applicable.
All content is provided “as-is” for educational or informational purposes. Verken IT & Analytics makes no guarantees regarding results, accuracy, or outcomes from using our products or services.
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved under Ghanaian law, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
